Wellness Care & Vaccination Programs

We provide a complete wellness program for your pet to keep them healthy. This starts with a thorough examination by the doctor and a consultation with you about what your pets specific needs and risks are with regards to existing conditions, exposures, environment, and your concerns.

We will then recommend appropriate diagnostic tests, immunizations, diets, etc. to keep your pet in optimal health. Since your pets are instinctually programmed to hide pain or medical conditions and cannot tell us when something is wrong, we need to be proactive in running appropriate diagnostics to detect disease early when it can be more effectively treated. This will also allow us to gather information about what is normal for your pet so that we can watch for trends in the tests over time. Based upon our findings, we can make specific recommendations for diet, exercise, treatment, behavior modification or further testing. We offer all of this to help you ensure that your pet receives the best care available.

Pet ID Cards, Microchips, and Pet Supplies

Pet ID Cards: Recive a complimentry Pet ID Card with your annual vaccination visit!

Microchipping has become a very popular and safe way to permanently identify your pet and you as the owner in the unfortunate case that your pet is lost. Microchipping involves placement of a small electronic chip the size and shape of a piece of rice just under the skin in the neck area. A needle is used to inject the chip. The injection is comparable to a regular vaccine injection.

If your pet becomes lost and is transported to a humane society, the humane society will be able to scan your pet for the chip and contact you. The scanner is similar to a scanner found in the grocery store. We advise you to use this system of identification as well as a collar identification system on your pet.
